Trips for Internationalisation Experience (TIE)
Trips For Internationalisation Experience (TIE) Programme
The school designs meaningful internationalisation experiences with a focus on destinations across Asia — particularly ASEAN countries, China, and India for our students, as part of our TIE programme. These experiences are thoughtfully designed in alignment with the Ministry of Education's Learn for Life movement and Future of Learning vision, aimed at equipping students with the skills and perspectives needed to thrive in an interconnected world. Through these immersive opportunities, students develop Emerging 21st Century Competencies (E21CC), particularly in building global awareness and cross-cultural literacy.

Objectives Of Tie Programme
To help our students
• develop curiosity for the world around them and a deeper appreciation of the diverse cultures, histories, and growing economic opportunities across ASEAN countries, China, and India, reflecting the spirit of a Reflective Contributor.
• embrace a growth mindset through exposure to new environments and perspectives, building the resilience and excellence needed to navigate an interconnected world.
• strengthen their global and cross-cultural literacy and gain a greater awareness of Singapore's place in the wider region and the contemporary realities that shape our world today.
• cultivate a sense of care and responsibility that extends beyond our shores, deepening their appreciation for their roots and their commitment to contributing meaningfully to their communities — values central to a Compassionate Leader.
• develop a stronger sense of gratitude, integrity, and purpose, and be ready to lead themselves and others with confidence and compassion.
In Year 2026, our school organised two Trips for Internationalisation Experience (TIE) — one to Guangdong, China, and another to Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. These immersive journeys offered our students the opportunity to explore the rich cultures, histories, and innovations of our neighbouring regions, deepening their global awareness and cross-cultural literacy as they engaged meaningfully with the world beyond our shores.
