Phase 2B Parent Volunteer Scheme
Register as a parent volunteer by 30 June 2026 to be eligible for your child's Phase 2B primary school admission.
Sembawang Primary School welcomes applications for the Phase 2B Parent Volunteer Scheme. To be eligible for Phase 2B registration, applicants must meet these criteria:
The child must be a Singapore Citizen or Singapore Permanent Resident
Parent(s) must register as a parent volunteer (PV) no later than 1 July 2026
Parent(s) must complete a minimum of 40 hours of voluntary service during the designated service period (1 July 2026 to 30 June 2027)
Important Note: Acceptance as a parent volunteer does not guarantee admission to Sembawang Primary School. If the number of eligible applicants exceeds available vacancies in Phase 2B, placement will be determined by ballot.
Online Registration (click link (opens in new tab)) is now open for children born between 02 January 2021 and 01 January 2022 (both dates inclusive). The last day of registration is 30 June 2026.
